Loraine Bedford is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia where she has lived for over 30 years. A former Children's Ministry Teacher and Prison Ministry Bible Teacher, Loraine now teaches a Successful Single Living class for the singles at her local church.

Wow! Many clear experiences and examples on how to truly enjoy being single while waiting for the right person. Thought provoking questions to search one's soul. Terrific publication to add to my books from Pearly Gates Publishing! Highly recommended.

What an amazing guide to living a Single Life, Walking in your Purpose, Serving God, and living at Christian Life!! I enjoyed the book so much that I read it twice!! Make no mistake, this book is not just for women!! Men can learn at thing or two from reading this book. I found so many of my own personal shortcomings!! Love, love, loved it!!

Ms. Bedford has masterfully crafted an insightful guide to enjoying single life and avoiding pitfalls of being desperate for a mate. The Questions after each chapter helps the reader shine light on areas in their own lives that could assist with helping one steer clear of desperation, while remaining desirous of a mate. Great Read!
